Hello, We have received on Stripe a payment for a collaboration with a company. We regularly receive small payments via Stripe from companies across Europe for short collaborations.
Here, we do not receive an invoice, but a receipt from Stripe without a VAT number and/or further information. How can I enter this? Here, these are small expenses each time, so it seems a bit silly to create invoices for them every time. Is there a solution for this?

I simply enter the payments via Stripe under daily receipts and add STR so that I know that payment has been received via them.
Just like when you receive a payment in your bank account, there is no vAT or anything like that on it
and once a month the invoice for the costs.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
