If you go to expenses in the left sidebar and click on expenses, you can change the status on the next screen. You can find this status in a drop-down menu just below Processed expenses. There, you can filter by a number of statuses: paid, unpaid, expired, etc. If you want to clear the filter, you can always click on the "x" button in the filter field itself. This makes us suspect that the filter may not be visible enough. Please let us know, we will be happy to look into it! To view an expense, you can either: Click on the actions in the expenses screen (on the far right) and then click on edit</ Simply left-clicking on an expense in the expenses screen, anywhere (supplier, date, due date), which will also take you directly to the expense

Some options are less visible when viewing on a tablet.
Some things are not immediately visible here and I couldn't find them straight away.
