Deducting a rental agreement instead of a home

Question

Three reasons why you should not claim your home or home office as an expense. This was shared by Dexter at the time. However, I have now read that you can also draw up a rental agreement for part of your home. This part is then rented by your business from you as a private individual. Apparently, you can draw up this agreement yourself, without a solicitor, and it ensures that you can claim expenses without the risks mentioned above.

Can anyone confirm this?

If I understand it correctly, this is possible. But only if you do not have a sole proprietor.
