Online EU sale to private persons via Dexxter: Advice sought from experienced e-commerce entrepreneurs

Question

Dear e-commerce entrepreneurs,

I am writing to you with a question about selling to private persons within the EU via Dexxter. I am curious about the correct procedure for this:

– Is it sufficient to report all income as daily receipts with 21% Belgian vAT, as long as my turnover remains below €10,000? (Otherwise, I am considering the OSS system.)Do I have to leave Dexxter as soon as my turnover to EU private persons exceeds €10,000? Or is it possible to combine my own Excel spreadsheet for these EU private person sales and then do the OSS return myself, of course, while continuing to use Dexxter? Naturally, all data for income, personal tax and social security contributions would then still have to be correct.
If this is possible, I would like to try it, perhaps with a thorough explanation and/or video.

The idea of leaving Dexxter is disappointing, as I prefer to manage my own accounts via this platform. The profit, even with a turnover of €10,000, does not justify the cost of an accountant.I would like to hear your experiences and advice on this, as I suspect that many of you are in a similar situation. Think of sales via webshops such as eBay, Bol, Amazon, 2dehands, Marktplaats, and so on.

As long as you remain a sole proprietor, you can stay with Dexter. The only change is that you will have to submit a vAT declaration every quarter.I can certainly remain a sole proprietor, but from €10,000 in turnover to EU private persons (which you can quickly reach via sites such as eBay, Amazon, Bol, your own webshop, etc.), it is best to work via OSS declaration. This is a second separate vAT declaration, only for these EU private sales.
Unfortunately, Dexxter cannot handle this here :/</

@dJ I am still VAT exempted and have received an invoice from bol.com with receipts for goods sold to me. How do I enter this here? And what do I do with the VAT reverse charge that bol.com has applied? Do I have to declare this separately to the tax authorities after the quarter has ended?
