For daily receipts, you apparently have to fill in every day that you have earned something or not.
My question is, do you also have to fill in the daily income calendar if you do something other than being a market vendor or baker, for example?

As long as you do not sell to private individuals (do not receive money for which you do not issue an invoice), you do not need to fill in anything in the daily receipts book. Only on the day you sell your first product to a private person without an invoice do you start with the daily registration.
Who is required to keep one?
A daily receipts book is mandatory for any entrepreneur who sells goods or services to private individuals (natural persons who are not acting in a professional capacity) and does not issue an invoice for these sales.
Required: If you sell products in a store, at a market, or provide services to private persons without an invoice.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
