I’ve been trying to submit my customer list for several days now. Every time I generate the customer list, I get the message “it appears that VIES is unavailable, please try again later”. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do about this, or should I just keep trying?

You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
