Webshop Wix / mollie/ Dexxter

I want to offer a digital product on my site. I do this via the WIX site with the Wix webshop (which generates its own invoices), payments are processed via mollie (which also generates its own invoices), and my accounting app is Dexxter (of course ;-)). But now I’m wondering how I can fix all this in terms of accounting, because now I’m using Peppol. I sell B2B, so I’m a bit lost at the moment.
