When you place an FB advertisement, you received on a daily basis an invoice for the amount spent on the advertisement.
Do you enter all those invoices separately OR do you only enter the invoice for your prepaid balance?

No idea how FB works with their invoicing, haven't done it myself yet. But as long as the total amount is in your accounts, right? Whether that's one large final invoice or 12 interim invoices.
A bit like your electricity bill. Either the interim invoices or the final invoice, both ways are possible.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
