Hey, does anyone know if it is permitted to use consumption cheques from your employer (I am self-employed in secondary occupation) for your business and submit them as expenses?

You can use the consumption voucher for whatever you want, it doesn't matter.

You use it to make purchases, you get an invoice for it and you put that invoice in your accounts.

The consumption voucher is just the means of payment, it doesn't matter.
