We have established that you had income and/or goods abroad in 2022.
You can consult the information we have at your disposal in MyMinfin > My documents.
Did you still have the following in 2023:
-
professional income abroad (salary, pension, etc.), and/or
-
an account abroad, and/or
-
life insurance abroad, and/or
Yes, real estate (house, flat, etc.) abroad?
If yes: include this information in your tax return.
I see this appear at the start of the tax return. The only place I can think of where you need to fill this in is:Box XVII – PROFITS FROM INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL OR AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
19. State the country, the code next to which they are filled in (e.g. 1600-49) and the amount of foreign-source income (and related expenses) reported in sections 1 to 16 from which you are claiming tax relief on foreign-source income (income that is exempted with progression reservation or for which the tax is reduced by half) or to the separate tax at the 0% rate:
Could someone please confirm or correct this?
Kind regards
