neighbouring rights on invoices

I recently attended an information session on this topic. It involves quite some administrative hassle if you want to do it yourself. Clients have to pay withholding tax on this, provide you with a form for your personal income tax, etc. However, there are organisations that can arrange this for you.
I can't see myself 'bothering' my customers with all that extra paperwork....

Did you happen to attend that session with Jeroen Medaer?
I also acknowledge that it's not so straightforward with a sole proprietorship... but I wanted to know if we can already have an accounting summary that clearly indicates what services and what rights are involved.
So that, if anything ever changes, it is easy to see retroactively what amounts are involved. That's what my accountant advised me to do.

I'm curious to know where you attended an information session on this.
It's always interesting to consult different sources side by side. :-)

PS: in the information session I attended, the rule given was 70-30.
In reality, in the sector in which I work (voice-over work), the rule applied by the studios is
50-50. A very Belgian situation.

I get my information from Creative Shelter, which takes care of the paperwork for a fee.

I can already tell you that the processing of copyrights is stated on our radar and will be added in 2024!

So that for the 2025 tax return (from the 2024 figures), the copyrights are included correctly!

Does that mean that a collaboration with, for example, Creative Shelter is supported, or that the entire administration will be possible at Dexxter?
