Question

If you buy stamps as an exempted company, do I still have to pay VAT here on them by submitting a vAT declaration?

Postage stamps are exempted from VAT in Belgium, so it is normal that you do not pay vAT on them. You do not need to submit a special vAT declaration or anything like that.
