Question

If I am not subject to VAT, i.e. my turnover for the year is less than €25,000, do I still need to submit a customer list?

Even those who are not subject to VAT must submit a customer list. The VAT authorities need this in order to link the customers' returns to the suppliers' returns (regardless of whether or not they are subject to VAT).
