Dear Sir/Madam,

I created Dexxter via the Acerta QR code. I was supposed to receive a 30% discount. When I go to the payment page, how is this discount applied?

I couldn’t find this discount anywhere.

If you created your profile via the Acerta uRL, the discount will already be included in your profile. When you take out a subscription and go to the payment page, you will automatically see the discount code there.

If not, please contact our support team. If you can send us something from Acerta, we will see what we can do!
