Don\u2019t worry \u2013 here we provide an explanation of how to check if you\u2019re okay, how to see where you\u2019re registered, and how to register easily via Dexxter.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all the emails you\u2019ve received, are you no longer sure whether you\u2019re registered with Peppol? Are you registered, but unsure where your Peppol messages will be delivered? Or do you want to change your registration so that your Peppol messages are delivered to Dexxter? We provide an explanation step by step below!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am I registered? And where will my messages be delivered?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Am I registered with Peppol?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to this website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peppolcheck.be\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.peppolcheck.be\/en<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in your company number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201cCheck Peppol Registration\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dexxter.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/peppol-check-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-79808\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will now see a summary of your Peppol registration. Where am I registered?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the summary, you will also see your Service Provider. The name of your Service Provider does not necessarily correspond to that of the software you use. Below, you can see which software is associated with which providers. If you are already registered elsewhere, you cannot register anywhere else without cancelling your previous registration. First, try to deregister directly in your invoicing software. This is often the simplest option. If you don\u2019t recognise any software, follow the deregistration steps with your Service Provider.<a href=\"https:\/\/dexxter.be\/en\/how-to-change-your-peppol-access-point\/\">In this article, you can read how best to deregister and switch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I register with Peppol via Dexxter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Dexxter app and go to Settings > Integrations > Peppol or open <a href=\"https:\/\/go.dexxter.be\/integrations\/peppol\">this URL<\/a>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dexxter.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/itsme-5.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify yourself there via ItsMe; this is the simplest and quickest way.<br>Please note: this must be the person who is actually registered with Dexxter as a sole proprietor, and therefore not a family member or other person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don\u2019t have ItsMe or would prefer to verify manually, we\u2019ll need a document from you proving your identity. For this, we require a purchase invoice from, for example, your social insurance fund, or other invoices such as a mobile phone subscription, telecoms services, an electricity bill, etc. It must be something sent to your actual address, not just a receipt from a shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Settings > Integrations > Peppol again. If you see the notification below, you have been verified. If you need to wait a little longer for verification by a team member, you will receive an email as soon as your verification is complete.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dexxter.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/in-afwachting-en-juist.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are automatically registered to send via Peppol.
