After completing her studies in communication management, Morgane started working in administration, but she soon realized it wasn\u2019t her thing. She wanted to make something of her own\u2014something creative, something that truly suited her. <\/p>\n\n
Her first attempt? Launching a vegan soap brand focused on self-care and me-time. But although the idea sounded great on paper, Morgane realized after a while that it wasn\u2019t the right fit. \u201cI\u2019m super busy, chaotic, and have ADHD,\u201d she explains. \u201cThat calm, self-care vibe? That\u2019s just not me.\u201d <\/p>\n\n
But the desire to build something remained. She started working at a social media agency, learned tons, and saw firsthand how valuable her work was\u2014even though the money often went to others. \u201cI thought: I\u2019m doing all the work, but they\u2019re the ones making money off it. What if I just did it myself?\u201d <\/p>\n\n
ATM started as a secondary occupation, but for Morgane, from day one, it was more than just \u201cfreelancing under her own name”. She wanted to build something that could stand on its own as a brand, with a recognizable style and image. \u201cEveryone can know I\u2019m the one behind it, but I really wanted to develop a concept around it,\u201d she explains. <\/p>\n\n
Why ATM? It’s simple: it\u2019s a name that resonates and that she could define entirely on her own. No acronym, no specific meaning. Just a strong identity where she could channel her creativity. \u201cI wanted to establish my own branding so strongly that people would immediately recognize: she made this. Even if, at first glance, these might not be the most important things, I want to show what I\u2019m capable of.\u201d <\/p>\n\n
This drive to leave her mark is typical of Morgane. ATM became her way of standing out in a world full of freelancers. A visually strong and well-thought-out brand that reinforces her work\u2014from content to design\u2014and makes it recognizable. <\/p>\n\n
Despite the many part-time jobs and variety\u2014from coffee shops to recruitment\u2014Morgane kept dreaming of complete freedom. She wanted to be able to organize her own days, work when it suited her, and make her own choices. <\/p>\n\n
\u201cIf I want to work at 10 P.M., I want to be able to do so. And if I\u2019m exhausted at 9 A.M., I just want to rest.\u201d For Morgane, entrepreneurship is about freedom, not rigid systems. <\/p>\n\n
And the leap? It happened sooner than planned. \u201cFinancially, it was actually way too early, but I felt: now is the time. Otherwise, I\u2019ll never go for it.\u201d <\/p>\n\n
Running a business raises a lot of questions, especially when it comes to accounting. Morgane already had experience with an accountant when she first launched her soap-making project. But with ATM, she wanted to take a different approach: simpler, and in her own hands. <\/p>\n\n
