Taking care of yourself and your mental well-being is extremely important. I want to break down barriers and make coaching and mental support a matter of course. Sometimes people could use a little extra help, and I want to offer that guidance.   <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through solution-focused coaching and mental support, I help people work on themselves in an accessible way. Does this mean I analyze their questions and provide a ready-made solution? No, not at all. The answers always lie within the individuals themselves. I help them, through a process-oriented approach, to bring those answers and solutions to the surface, so they can learn to listen to themselves again. I also get clients moving again\u2014sometimes literally.      <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, I regularly assign \u201chomework\u201d or have my clients complete exercises. This helps them create clarity and focus. Sometimes we work physically; other times, creatively. Always in a structured way, with a touch of humor.\u201d   <\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good preparation<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI had thoroughly read through Acerta\u2019s website and attended quite a few of their online webinars to support my startup. As a result, my start as an entrepreneur went quite smoothly. Once I really got going, the practice had a quiet but pleasant start.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, finding new clients isn\u2019t always easy. For example, I\u2019m still struggling with the question of whether I should create content for social media\u2014like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn\u2014even though I\u2019ve noticed that people with no connection to me at all are still finding their way to the practice.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evelien\u2019s tips for starting entrepreneurs<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDo I have advice for other starting entrepreneurs?
