I only received a &#8220;receipt&#8221;, without my company number or that of the institute organising the course. So <STRONG>no invoice<\/STRONG>. And of course no vAT.If I process the expense as I think I should, it means that I will <STRONG>still have to pay 21% vAT<\/STRONG> via my vAT declaration. In other words, the course will cost me more than it initially seemed. <P>Is it correct to process the expense as follows? <\/P><UL><LI><P>Include in vAT declaration: yes (?)<\/P><\/LI><LI><P>Amount: it states &#8216;you must fill in the vAT rate that a Belgian supplier would charge&#8217; -> It is a training course, so I fill in the paid amount in the total and again in &#8220;amount excl. 21% vAT&#8221;<\/P><\/LI><LI><LI><P>professional percentage: 100%<\/P><\/LI><LI><LI><P>vAT deduction %: <STRONG>0% ????<\/STRONG> -> because it is a &#8220;receipt&#8221; and not an invoice??<\/P><\/LI><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P>If I set the vAT deduction % to 0, I pay 21% on this training course via the vAT declaration.
