What if these subscriptions are mainly from my partner&#8217;s name? (we are married)? Can I claim these costs with the bills in his name, or do I have to transfer all these subscriptions to my name in order to claim them as expenses?<P>For electricity &#038; gas, what if there is a credit balance at the end of the year and a refund is due?
