I cannot order from them as a private person (which would be most convenient), so I have to make purchases at 0% VAT. I am exempted from VAT myself, so, as I acknowledge it, I have to submit a special declaration here.<\/P><P><\/P><P>Can anyone tell me how to do this? When do I do this? Can this be done via Dexxter?
