I did not have to pay VAT. (With a few exceptions).<\/P><P><STRONG>Purchase details:<\/STRONG><\/P><UL><LI><P><EM>Purchase price: \u20ac134,500 excluding vAT<\/EM><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><EM>\u20ac25,000 from my private funds as a down payment.<\/EM><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/UL><\/LI><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><EM>\u20ac110,000 via an investment loan from the bank. (over 5 years)<\/EM><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P><\/P><P><STRONG>How? And what is the best way to claim this? Is it 100% or 75% deductible?
