I have now filled in part 2 of my personal income tax for the first time and, to my great surprise, I will be claiming back approximately 1,300 euros for part 2.  I have not paid any withholding tax and am not entitled to any tax relief (no children, loans, pension savings, etc.) through my secondary occupation.
