VAT \u20ac35,123.97) as an investment in the category <\/EM><A target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/personenwagen.je\/\"><STRONG><EM>Passenger car<\/EM><\/STRONG><EM>. <P>The supplier is <\/P><STRONG><EM>Le Couter my<\/EM><\/STRONG><P>, a Belgian <\/P><A target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/bedrijf.in\/\"><EM>company.<\/EM><\/A><EM> The document states the invoice date as <\/EM><STRONG><EM>16\/10\/2023<\/EM><\/STRONG><EM> and I am booking the expenses on <\/EM><STRONG><EM>01\/07\/2024<\/EM><\/STRONG><EM>. The depreciation amounts to 20%, spread over 5 years from 2024. Question: is this entry correct and can I recover 20% of the vAT in full via my third quarter return?
