I work with cocoa, among other things -> the cocoa ceremony is part of the experience. I also provide small snacks, roses for the women to take home, and I cleanse the space with smudge sticks and incense. These are all things that I &#8216;consume&#8217; and that I feel are a necessary part of organising ceremonies. But I see a lot of similar items stated under reception costs and i don&#8217;t know how to record this correctly.
