This was for a pDF that was sent to me with a pattern. This is not for sale, but as a cost to create products here.<P>I did not actually receive an invoice, only a screen showing that it had been paid.<\/P><P>But there is no VAT\/Tax applied here.<P><\/P><P>I am exempted from VAT. <BR \/><BR \/>Do I now have to fill in an exceptional vAT declaration for this or not?
